Abby coaches high school students, college students and adults to help with school, relationships, self-care, and the day-to-day aspects of living well and managing ADHD in the ways they are wired to succeed.

The goals of the ADD program involve accurately understanding the individual’s unique difficulties, experiences, and abilities. In doing this, our program seeks to help individuals understand their potential and overcome difficulties.
