Leslie Graham, MSW, is a behavioral health care manager in South King County, Washington. She has spent the last decade partnering with the University of Washington and Seattle Children's medical teams to develop a pediatric integrated care program.

Sheryl Morelli, M.D., is a general pediatrician and professor at the University of Washington School of Medicine and Chief Medical Officer for Seattle Children's Care Network. She received her medical degree from Wright State University.
