Description
Kristin specializes in helping women diagnosed with ADHD later in life, especially those who might have struggled through raising children and/or handling a career and who want to move forward in their next “chapter” more effectively and with less stress. She has ADHD herself and lived that life! She became a coach (PAAC credentialed and ADDCA certified) after gaining years of science-based insight into how ADHD minds work differently (and sometimes better) and with the goal of helping others like her move forward too.
Working with Kristin, you can expect to collaboratively explore exactly how your unique mind thrives. You’ll remain in the driver’s seat, setting the direction and your own goals, but expect Kristin to offer information, approaches, and tools based not just on general ADHD “strategies” but on your own strengths, values, and super-powers, which you can expect to uncover together.
Kristin coaches one-to-one or to collated groups via virtual meeting (Zoom, Google Meet)
Use her website to schedule a free orientation meeting to learn more and find out what coaching from Kristin would be like and if it’s for you!

Bio: I live near Seattle where I swim in the sea year-round, take part in citizen-scientist projects supporting marine science and other environmental efforts. My relaxation activities include dancing, swimming with friends, and crocheting amigurumi plants and animals.
I have a CACP credential from the Professional Association of ADHD Coaches* and an AACC certification from the well-respected ADD Coach Academy. (* - To achieve the CACP, I had to demonstrate that my coaching meets the same standards as the ICF (International Coaching Federation) while providing coaching that is tailored specifically for each person's unique ADHD brain.)
