I work with neurodivergent adults of all genders and identities who are trying to figure out how to live with ADHD.
I use several therapeutic approaches to help you:
- Decrease shame, work with the "not good enough" and fear of rejection
- Manage you emotional world to find a place of acceptance and balance.
- Create customs tools to work with overwhelm and difficulties focusing
- Explore your past as a way to help you understand it through your ADHD lens, come to term with it and move forward.
- Navigate looking for assessment and medication management
My approach is strength based, trauma focused and affirming.
