It is thanks to Blue Sky that I went from struggling to manage my ADHD, especially in the workplace, to clearly defining my goals and thriving at work and beyond. Dana's approach to ADHD coaching is empathetic and educational. In sessions, I am given the space to express my thoughts and feelings about living with ADHD, while also learning the skills and strategies to cope with its challenges.
