Our mission is to provide a resource network, support individuals impacted by ADHD and related conditions and to advocate for the development of community resources.

Join us at our monthly support group for adults who have ADHD and/or for any significant other who is dealing with ADHD in someone else: spouses, parents of adults, friends, adult children, etc.

Free and open to newcomers!!! Partners/Spouses welcome to attend.

Our goal is to educate and empower others with information by sharing common experiences

Our ADDult Support Group Meetings are going strong. Meetings start at 6:30 PM and are held the first Tuesday of each month. Join us!

This is a professionally facilitated meeting where general discussion sessions alternate with speakers. Topics cover a wide variety of subjects of interest to adults with AD/HD. Spouses and significant others are invited and encouraged to attend.
