Facilitated by Cheryl Gigler, this group will be helpful to any adult who lives with the challenges of ADHD.

For Middle Schoolers with ADHD, Aspergers, Autism and Related Conditions.

We know that it can sometimes be tough. This is a safe space to share your personal and professional challenges as well as your successes. It is a space to meet other people wired in ways like you, people that “get it”.

The purpose of this group is to teach information about the special education process and advocacy skills, provide members with support and help when working with their school district, and understand the elements of an effective IEP.

In-person, bi-weekly support group in the West Island of Montreal for ADULTS with ADHD and their loved ones.

We have peer support night & guest speakers.

Join us for our adult ADHD support group!

Youth with disabilities ages 14-26 practice public speaking skills, plan social outings, learn from guest speakers on topics of life skills and advocacy, and do projects to enhance social skills.

Free and open to newcomers!!! This support group is open to women only.
