This is a professionally facilitated meeting where general discussion sessions alternate with speakers. Topics cover a wide variety of subjects of interest to adults with AD/HD. Spouses and significant others are invited and encouraged to attend.

Our mission is to provide a resource network, support individuals impacted by ADHD and related conditions and to advocate for the development of community resources.

ADHD and Strengthening Relationships: offers support, guidance and tools to have the healthy relationships we want in life.

Join us at our support group for parents of children with ADHD.

Youth with disabilities ages 14-26 practice public speaking skills, plan social outings, learn from guest speakers on topics of life skills and advocacy, and do projects to enhance social skills.

ADDA is offering a peer support group for members who identify as Lesbian, Gay, Bi-sexual, Trans, Queer, and/or gender nonconforming.
