We know that it can sometimes be tough. This is a safe space to share your personal and professional challenges as well as your successes. It is a space to meet other people wired in ways like you, people that “get it”.

Our mission is to provide a resource network, support individuals impacted by ADHD and related conditions and to advocate for the development of community resources.

Regular support meetings for parents AND adults with ADHD! While the focus of the meetings alternate between Parents and Adults with ADHD, many people come to all the meetings. There is no cost to attend meetings.
