Rixt Luikenaar MD is a neuroqueer ADHD Certified Clinical Services Obstetrician-Gynecologist. We focus on gender-affirming healthcare (mental health, ketamine), trauma-responsive gynecology, transgender- and perimenopausal hormone replacement therapy

Dr. McFadden provides initial assessments, treatment recommendations, and several ongoing treatment modalities. Treatments provided include psychodynamic psychotherapy and cognitive behavioral therapy and psychopharmacology (“medication management”).
