David Rabiner, Ph.D., is a research professor in the Dept. of Psychology and Neuroscience at Duke. His research has examined nonmedical use of ADHD medications by college students and the impact of attention difficulties on academic success.

Dr. D'Avanzo is board certified in Pediatrics by the American Board of Pediatrics and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Special areas of interest include asthma, allergy, and ADHD/behavioral issues.

Early in his career, Dr. Stegman developed a special interest in children with developmental and behavioral disorders, especially those with attention deficit disorders. He runs Developmental & Behavioral Pediatrics of the Carolinas.

Dr. Dew specializes in treating ADHD and she is an assistant professor of child & adolescent psychiatry in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at Duke University School of Medicine.

The Southern Regional AHEC ADHD Clinic staff works closely with parents and teachers to come up with a plan that best serves the child. All findings, test results, and recommendations are presented in a full written report.
