Each year, the experienced and compassionate staff at Orchard Place works with around 8,000 children and adolescents of all ages from all over Iowa. Our goal is to help develop strong futures for children suffering from behavioral health challenges.

Dr. Bhandari is board certified in Adult Psychiatry and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry through the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. She studied at The University of Michigan, and was recognized for outstanding clinical skills in medicine.

She attended the University of Virginia for undergraduate, received her medical training at the Medical College of Virginia. Her special Pediatric Medical interests are mental health, and promoting children’s abilities and help with disabilities.

Patrick LaCount, Ph.D., is a Postdoctoral Fellow in the Center for Child Health, Behavior, and Development at Seattle Children’s Research Institute. His work focuses on the manifestation and treatment of ADHD in adolescence and early adulthood.

PCC provides care at Melrose Park Family Health Center in partnership with Westlake Hospital. The health center is located within Westlake Hospital's professional office building.
