I went through decades of my life struggling with anxiety, motivation, and self-doubt, unable to pin down the problem. In my second meeting with Sue, she nonchalantly asked me if I had ever been tested for ADHD. That caught me off-guard as no one had ever suggested that as a potential diagnosis for me. And thus began a process that would lead me to completely reevaluate all the attitudes and beliefs I held about myself and start to feel liberated.
Sue is an excellent therapist and she really understands ADHD. She was able to help me address my areas of difficulty and foster my unique strengths. Sue is candid, compassionate, and has a great sense of humor. Cannot recommend her enough!

I started seeing Sue many years ago while trying to deal with major trauma in my life. It wasn't long into our meetings that we started talking about ADHD. Something that was not on my radar but clearly should have been. Her ability to pin point what was happening in my brain, how I was reacting to it and then give tips on how to better calm and control my impulses has been eye opening and life changing.
She is smart, funny and kind. I highly recommend her services if you are struggling.

She has helped me discover coping skills that help me navigate my everyday life which at times feels overwhelming. She is compassionate, kind, hilarious and very straightforward.

She is a wonderful therapist, and has been extremely helpful in aiding me in managing anxiety as well as my issues related to ADHD. She's great at helping you break down tasks to manageable pieces and setting reasonable goals. I have been seeing Sue Rapp for many years. Taking time to work with her is a gift that I give to myself. Over the years Sue has helped me to become more self-aware, more confident and less anxious. During our sessions we explored the possibility that I might have ADD. Acknowledging this characteristic of my personality was enlightening. Sue has helped me to make connections between certain coping skills I’ve developed and could develop, and how they help me to cope my ADD. She is a great therapist who always listens closely and comments wisely. She has a great sense of humor that helps to keep the sessions focused but comfortable. I would highly recommend her as a therapist.
