Rudy is a supportive, resourceful coach with many years of experience that have allowed for my own growth and understanding of self over the past few months of working with him. He holds a space for curiosity, self reflection and uses his guidance for his clients to accessibly break down their challenges to formulate a toolbox for success in specific areas of their personal struggles with adhd. I can attest that after each session I walk away with resources and plans of attack for my daily adhd battles. I highly recommend Rudy and would say if you are ready to do the work, he is ready to be their every step of the way with you!

I contacted Coach Rudy at age 40 after years of struggling to find direction in my career and my marriage, crippling low self confidence and low self esteem, and a lifetime of thinking there was something "wrong" with me. I had never been diagnosed before with ADHD. In the year of working with Rudy, I have gained a better understanding of myself, my brain, my tendencies, my strengths and challenges through the lens of ADHD. Rudy is empathetic, pragmatic, positive, and he approaches his clients with complete acceptance, encouragement, and enthusiasm for positive change. I can't count the "aha!" moments during our sessions when his expert guidance and decades of coaching helped me see who I truly am. He helped me discover the positive traits of my ADHD brain and gave me tools and resources to create a life that works for ME. My notes from our sessions are treasured and I know I'll return to them over the course of my life. Because of Coach Rudy, I no longer believe that I am an inherently flawed and hopeless "case"; I will always be able to look through the "lens" of ADHD to better understand the situations I find myself in and how to manage myself and my life.

I can't recommend Rudy highly enough. He is experienced, knowledgeable, patient, and kind, and exhibits a style of encouraging my self-observation instead of lecturing (which is very valuable for those of us whose brains can already get pretty noisy!)
My recommendation extends to the workshops Rudy organizes and co-organizes for individuals and couples, too. The fellowship alone has been immensely helpful to my progress!
