For Middle Schoolers with ADHD, Aspergers, Autism and Related Conditions.

Regular support meetings for parents AND adults with ADHD! While the focus of the meetings alternate between Parents and Adults with ADHD, many people come to all the meetings. There is no cost to attend meetings.

Please arrive at 5:30pm for main registration, childcare registration and FREE pizza.

Support group meetings provide people with AD/HD the opportunity to share strategies, and learn more about the condition. Meetings are free and open to the public.

In-person, bi-weekly support group in the West Island of Montreal for ADULTS with ADHD and their loved ones.

We have peer support night & guest speakers.

Facilitated by Cheryl Gigler, this support group will be helpful to any adult who lives with the challenges of ADHD. Join us each month on the 3rd Friday at 11:30 am.

This is a safe space to share your personal and professional challenges as well as your successes. It is a space to meet other people wired in ways like you, people that “get it”.

Our mission is to provide a resource network, support individuals impacted by ADHD and related conditions and to advocate for the development of community resources.
