Dr. Maggie Sibley is a clinical psychologist and researcher at the University of Washington and Seattle Children’s Hospital. She specializes in ADHD and strengthening attention, motivation, and executive function in adolescents.

Douglas Russell, M.D., is a child and adolescent psychiatrist and assistant professor at the University of Washington School of Medicine. His professional interests include ADHD and integrated/collaborative care.

Dr. Tabbara provides care including nutrition, conventional and specialty labs and integrative therapies including naturopathic medicine and biofeedback for teens and adults to address stressed attention, anxiety, depression, and other conditions.

My name is Laura Donnell, and I'm a board certified family Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) trained in medication management and therapy. We will work together to try new ways of coping, and integrate both medication and therapy.

Having spent the last 30 years studying ADHD treatment effects, both positive and negative, I want to spend the next 10 learning how to sequence and deliver individualized treatments for the impairments related to ADHD and to train others.

Coaching with me is a collaborative and action-oriented process focused on understanding your unique brain - to work with it not against it. This is how you'll find motivation, feel empowered in your decision making and propel your life forward.

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with Prescriptive Authority. I have over 14 years of experience providing mental health services, including medication management and mindfulness meditation. I treat and diagnose ADHD.
