Working with Eran was an incredibly helpful and positive experience for me. I began working with him my first year in college, and the lessons/structure he shared with me fundamentally changed the way I approached my schoolwork. Eran boosted my self-confidence and significantly diminished instances in which I felt overwhelmed by coursework. Eran helped me develop a new organizational skillset that I’ve taken with me into my post-college professional life. He held me accountable when I needed it most, and equipped me with the skills/mindset to better hold myself accountable. Not only did I see tremendous benefits both scholastically and professionally from working with Eran, but also, we remain friends to this day. Eran is someone I trust and respect, and know I can always count on to provide support and sincere input. I will always be grateful to Eran, as his impact on my life has been remarkably positive and lasting.

My daughter worked with Eran during the second half of her high school experience, and I can say with confidence that he provided a pivotal and tailored form of support. She is naturally bright and motivated, but Eran helped her harness that potential through organizational techniques and a focus on self-supported executive functioning.
Each week, Eran and my daughter would meet to review her progress—both what was accomplished and what wasn’t—along with setting goals and identifying obstacles. The aim was to gain a clear picture of where my daughter was at so they could meet her exactly where she needed support. Together, they created realistic, achievable plans, determining what needed to be done, how it would be prioritized, and most importantly, what would motivate and encourage her to stick to the plan. This approach was adapted week by week to fit her needs.
The service was both scientific and holistic, combining logic and empathy to ensure not only weekly success but also long-term progress.

I was referred to Eran Grayson by the director of the learning center at my son’s high school who couldn’t speak highly enough about Grayson Executive Learning. After having my son engage with numerous tutors and therapists over the years to help him overcome his procrastination and negative mindset towards school, I truly hate to admit it but I began to lose hope things would ever improve. This is truly something I would not wish upon anyone parent.

What a great experience it has turned out to be. Eran simply knows how to communicate with my son like none of the other service providers we have ever worked with. He just gets my son and is able to reach him like I simply never can. It can be frustrating when I overhear Eran echo the same thing I might say but if it comes from mom then it just doesn’t carry nearly as much weight. I have seen a night and day improvement in my missinglate assignments, test scores, and overall grades. The best part is that my son and I get along so much better now than we did before.

My son had a very difficult freshman year and ultimately took a medical leave to focus on healing and getting better. His confidence took a massive nose dive and my husband and I were incredibly worried. Our son desperately wanted to return to school but he clearly needed support. Eran was amazing and knew how to speak with my son in a way that left him feeling heard while at the same time challenging him to question his beliefs that he couldn't succeed.
