I have worked with 4 coaches over 20 years after being diagnosed. With Katherine I found more success the past year and have a better sense of control over my life than before. Together we have built up my ability to 1. pause/be present to control my anger outbursts, 2. to break apart projects in pieces in fun and interesting ways so I can find more joy in the parts of my "job" that I find challenging to get done...3. I am more clear on the idea of finishing one thing. 4. Using grateful exercises to develop joy throughout the day, 5. We also built up a system of questions that I now use for prioritization - that I use daily in work that usually leads to me putting "family first" by connecting with my deeper reasons for working anyway - support my family and creating free time with them. If you have not had a coach (or are moving from one to another) she would be a great compliment to your efforts to grow and be able to keep in charge of managing your ADD but also exploring it's gifts.
