I started working with them the second half of last school year…my son was struggling and I had literally run out of things to try. So I asked my pediatrician if she knew of anything else that could help and she called me back a few days later suggesting I call Dr Russell. When we started my son was failing all but one class…we started with our weekly sessions and I would sign him up for any of the homework sessions too. The turn around in his grades was slow and steady. He managed to get B and C’s - which from where he started I was thrilled. He started HS this year and I was quite nervous - all I can say is how proud I am of him. He is like a completely different kid - all assignments are not only turned in but his tests grades have been all A’s and B’s. His coach really helped him prepare for this year weeks before school even started. She has been giving him tools to stay on track. It’s been such a positive experience for both he and I. I am looking forward to seeing what else he can do with his coach’s help this year!
